Sr. Pat Recieves Feehan Quilt

Quilt at Feehan Auction Won for Sr. Pat Harrington

In a gesture reflecting the generous spirit of the “Feehan Family”, Steve Tallarida of Mansfield purchased a beautiful handcrafted quilt at Bishop Feehan High School’s live auction and then presented it to Sister Pat Harrington as a gift.  Tallarida overheard Sister Pat admiring the fine work of the piece prior to the auction, and set out to win the item for her with a high bid of $900. The crafters spent over a year creating the quilt in Feehan’s colors of green and gold, and were delighted to have it end up in the Sister's hands.

This year’s auction was Feehan’s most successful ever, due in large part to Mansfield auction co-chairs Loretta Romero, Fran Leonard and Alina Bilodeau, reaching a profit of $100,000 which will be used to help support its convent renovation project.
