BF Freshman 5
Coyle Cassidy 4

Beach Field

The Bishop Feehan Freshman ran their record to 7-1 Tuesday afternoon in one of the most exciting games of the year.
The excitement didn't start until the last inning due to the fact that Tyler Martin shut the Coyle nine down through 6 and a third. Feehan’s scoring came in the third when Elias Markopoulous came through with an RBI double then Eric Pereira drove a sacrifice fly to left for another RBI. Then in the top of the 7th with Feehan holding a comfortable 3-0 lead Coyle put 2 men on by walks and then a single making it 3-1 , now with 2 outs and 2 on another single scored 2 more to tie it as the runner overran third base BF had an apparent easy out at the plate for it not for an errant throw now scoring and giving Coyle a 4-3 lead. Martin was then replaced by Sean Wayland who put the fire out retiring the batter with 4 pitches.
Markopoulous lead off the bottom of the 7th with a rocket to left field then Chris Milne hit a towering fly to left that carried over the left fielder leaving runners at first and third. Alec Johnson then hung in to shoot a fly ball deep enough to score Markopoulous. With the score now tied and Milne on third Paul Dimascio came to the plate and promptly hit a opposite field single scoring the walk off winning run.
