Head Coach for Boys and Girls Swim & Dive

Bishop Feehan High School is seeking a head coach for Boys and Girls Swim & Dive.  Bishop Feehan has strong programs at the girls division 1 and boys division 2 levels. 

The school is seeking a qualified candidate to continue the success and growth of the program as a whole. The responsibilities of the head coach include analyzing swim and dive techniques, teaching swim and dive techniques, determining skill levels, and developing individualized swim programs.

Previous college and high school playing experience is preferred. Prior coaching experience is required.

  • Previous coaching experience

  • Current member in a good standing with USA Swimming

  • Must pass a background check to work with children

  • Must be CPR/AED certified and maintain current coaching certification

  • Current Lifeguard Certification

  • High level swimming experience at club or collegiate level

  • Ability to set and achieve individual and team goals and encourage others to do the same 

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and management skills

  • Good knowledge of health and nutrition

  • A positive attitude and willingness to work long hours

  • Follow the mission of the school- Sanctity, Scholarship, Sportsmanship
