U.S. Senate Youth Scholarship Program - due October 15

U.S. Senate Youth Scholarship Program Registration Open:

The U.S. Senate Youth Scholarship Program is a nationwide college scholarship program designed to promote student leaders' awareness of, participation in, and interest in government.

The program is open to high school juniors and seniors in Massachusetts public (including charter) and private schools who are currently serving in an elected or appointed position in student government or in a civic or educational organization in which they represent their peers.

Eligible students must submit a completed application with essay by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 15.

Massachusetts JCI Senate Scholarship - due January 14

MASSACHUSETTS JCI SENATE

Dear Guidance Counselor

This is our annual notification that the Massachusetts JCI Senate Scholarship Application form is now available on our website. The web address is http:\\majcisenate.weebly.com 

The Massachusetts JCI Senate will award two (2) $ 1000.00 scholarships to graduating students in Massachusetts. The State winners will be forwarded to the National JCI Senate and will be eligible for additional $ 1000.00 scholarships. This year for the first time there will also be five National awards presented to students from Vocational/Technical Schools. Our State will also award a special $500 scholarship based on need and special circumstances

The application is in word format and must be completed in accord with the instructions thereon. The students may fill it out and then print it from the website. It must be postmarked no later than January 14, 2022 and mailed to: Marilyn Lariviere, 19 Stetson Street, Hyannis MA 02601.
