NEW! Shamrock Track & Field Clinic

What to bring:
  • Athletic sneakers & attire
  • Water & a snack, sun screen
  • A positive attitude!
 
Schedule:
  • Monday-Wednesday would involve two sessions of a particular aspect of track & field (sprinting, distance, jumps, throws, etc...) with a short break in-between each.
  • Thursday will be a Meet Day where our campers compete in a Track Meet with pizza & drinks afterwards.
