NEW! Shamrock Track & Field Clinic
What to bring:
- Athletic sneakers & attire
- Water & a snack, sun screen
- A positive attitude!
Schedule:
- Monday-Wednesday would involve two sessions of a particular aspect of track & field (sprinting, distance, jumps, throws, etc...) with a short break in-between each.
- Thursday will be a Meet Day where our campers compete in a Track Meet with pizza & drinks afterwards.
