Carrying on our spirit of Mercy
Santa's Shop - a school-wide Advent service project - began in 1995 and is organized by Feehan’s St. Vincent de Paul (SVDP) Ministry in partnership with the Attleboro Area St. Vincent de Paul Society. Santa’s Shop is devoted to providing Christmas presents for the children of families in need in the greater Attleboro area.
Feehan’s SVDP Ministry organizes a Gift Drive while the Attleboro Area SVDP Society identifies and coordinates the families.
On the day of Santa’s Shop, families come to Feehan to “shop” for the gifts donated by the community. Each family receives ticket vouchers based on the number and ages of children they have.
While shopping, some students accompany parents and then wrap their gifts, while others provide baby-sitting services and help as needed.
