Shamrocks win Eastern Massachusetts Debate League Championship

Bishop Feehan's Policy Debate Team swept their league's end-of-season awards, with both the first and second ranked teams in all four team categories.

The Eastern Massachusetts Debate League's championship was between two teams of Bishop Feehan seniors. The Policy debate topic for the year was criminal justice reform. The affirmatives, Nic Paolo and Ryan Stiles, defeated the negatives, Faith Boirard and Rachel Costello, with a plan about abolishing federal mandatory minimum sentences for drug trafficking.
