All young athletes, regardless of sport, can benefit from becoming faster, changing direction more quickly, and becoming more explosive. The Shamrock Speed Camp will provide young athletes opportunities to improve their overall athleticism, doing so in activities and games specifically designed for youth athletes where safety and fun are number one!

Typical Schedule:
10:00-10:30- Dynamic warmup and technique work
10:30-11:15- Speed games/activities
11:15-11:45- Proper mechanics and form work in weight room
11:45-12:15- Lunch
12:15-1:00- Speed games/activities + recovery stretch
