Bishop Feehan asks all in our community to “set our hearts on things above rather than upon goods of Earth.” Does a Catholic mission of Mercy, service, and community appeal to you? We are looking for a Director of Campus Ministry to lead our Campus Ministry team in an integrated and effective whole-school, whole-student experience.

Under the direction of the Principal and in cooperation with the Chaplain, the Theology Department and the Campus Ministry team, the Director of Campus Ministry works to inspire all members of the school community, students and adults, to be ministers of the gospel and to live lives of virtue and faith.

The Director of Campus Ministry has leadership responsibilities in areas including forming student leaders and peer ministers, running student retreats, overseeing service opportunities, and supporting liturgical and prayer opportunities and events. A detailed job description can be provided upon inquiry. The Campus Minister has oversight of two campus ministry associates who help administer programming, as well as the enthusiastic support of administration and peers.

We are greatly interested in opportunities for the Campus Minister and team to facilitate, and lead, service opportunities that include regular local outreach. We also wish to establish traditions of recurring regional, national, or international service trips. An ideal candidate will have flexibility for this work, and the role may also accommodate a creative work schedule as a result.

Candidates with experience developing vibrant, inclusive, and expansive peer ministries that would capitalize on the successful work already done in these areas are also welcomed. This work may also include collaborating with the school’s mental and emotional health programs and personnel to provide innovative crossover support for students.

Bishop Feehan is a thriving, dynamic Catholic high school that pursues excellence in Sanctity, Scholarship, and Sportsmanship. We are a college preparatory exam school with a full enrollment and waiting list. 100% of our students are accepted into college and university. We are also a school of deep school spirit, community, and service. As we do for our students, we have high expectations for our teachers. We support them with numerous professional development offerings at no cost, best in practice Professional Learning Communities, a generous 403b plan, and aggressive tuition reimbursement for teachers pursuing advanced degrees. #MakeMercyReal
