Donor Database Assistant - Part Time
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Donor Database Assistant is a part-time position providing operational support to the Database Operations Manager. Working closely with the Advancement Office team, this role assists in the day-to-day operations of gift processing, data management, and donor communications. The specific schedule will be confirmed with the selected candidate. This position plays an important role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the donor database and contributes to the overall efficiency of the Advancement team.
Gift Processing & Acknowledgement
- Assist with and develop proficiency in processing gifts across all channels — check/cash, ACH, credit card, and online donations — including gift batching, fund coding, and exception handling
- Generate, compile and make ready for mailing using Word's Mail Merge tools, and with an eye toward transitioning to Letterbox Add-on in Raiser's Edge NXTpersonalized acknowledgement letters and receipts, with an emphasis on meeting the 72-hour industry standard
- Assist with the matching gift process utilizing Double the Donation, including preparation and organization of supporting documentation
- Help generate monthly pledge reminders
Data Entry & Database Maintenance
- Enter and update constituent records with accuracy, including address changes, name changes, marital status, employer information, and deceased records
- Assist with annual database maintenance, including updating alumni and current/past parent designations
- Assist with maintaining the process documentation website
Reporting & Mailings
- Develop the ability to independently create and run simple queries and reports, including donor segmentation, mailing lists, YTD giving, LYBUNT/SYBUNT analysis, and pledge status reports
General Office & Events Support
- Support the team with tasks related to online tools including Raiser's Edge NXT, Kindsight, Double the Donation, Givergy, and others as needed
- Assist with event logistics including check-in, registration, and check-out at Advancement events
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or similar donor database software a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential donor information with discretion
- Collaborative, service-oriented attitude
ADVANCEMENT TEAM MEMBER
Support other Advancement or school-wide efforts as assigned by the Vice President of Advancement or the President, including event staffing responsibilities and occasional evening or weekend duties.

Campus Minister 2026-2027 Academic Year
Position Type: Full-time, 10-month (Academic Year) with occasional evening/weekends
Reports to: Director of Campus Ministry
Position Overview
The Campus Minister serves as a key member of the Campus Ministry team, which includes two Campus Ministers and the Director of Campus Ministry, supporting the faith formation and spiritual life of the school community. Rooted in the mission of Bishop Feehan’s Mercy charism, this role assists in creating opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to grow in their relationship with Christ through prayer, worship, service, fellowship, and leadership.
The Campus Minister collaborates with the Director of Campus Ministry, faculty, and administration to provide programs and experiences that foster a vibrant Catholic identity and engage students in living out the Gospel with joy, mercy, justice, and compassion. Campus Ministers teach two (2) courses of Theology. The team enjoys a dedicated Campus Ministry Center and active support from school leadership and members of the faculty and staff. The team offers programs and initiatives in the areas of student leadership, sacramental worship, retreats, service trips, community and fellowship activities, and more.
Qualifications
- Experience in youth ministry, campus ministry, or retreat leadership (preferably at the high school level)
- A practicing Catholic with a deep commitment to the mission of Catholic education
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Pastoral Ministry, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage adolescents in matters of faith
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and to take initiative and to work independently when needed
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, before school, or school vacation weeks
- Strong skills in organization, event planning, and program coordination
