Scholarships 2023-24

Mr. Gay was a Raytheon Company vice president in charge of the company’s West Coast facility when he boarded American Airlines Flight 11 the morning of Sept. 11, 2001 for his regular travel from Boston. To honor his legacy, his family established this scholarship in his name.
Graduating high school seniors from any of the high schools in the Diocese of Fall River (Bishop Feehan, Bishop Stang and St. John Paul II) who plan to attend college and major in engineering are eligible to apply.

CYBSL will award scholarships up to a total amount of $2,000.00, with a minimum amount of $500.00 and a cap of $1,000.00 for a single scholarship, to graduating high school seniors to aid in their pursuit of a post-secondary education
The applicant must be a graduating senior that has participated as a player or volunteer in the Cumberland Youth Baseball/Softball League for at least one year.

The Engineering Center Education Trust is happy to announce the 2024 scholarship is being offered to a Massachusetts high school senior who plans to major in engineering or land surveying.

The total amount awarded is $5,000, to be divided over two years, $2,500 per year.

The purpose of the scholarship is to aid women of Syrian or Lebanese origin, graduating from high school, intending to pursue a four-year college education, and residing in Massachusetts within a
fifty-mile radius of Boston.

Citizens wants to honor the dedication of students and families pursuing higher learning! Fill out the Registration Form to be entered for a chance to win a Grand Prize of $15,000 to use towards school expenses and one of the $2,500 monthly prizes for use towards school expenses. Additionally, each quarter a student who meets the required criteria for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Scholarship Prize will be eligible to win a $2,500 quarterly prize for use towards school expenses. Renewable four-year scholarship to students with financial need who display academic achievement, a commitment to serving others (in school, the community or at home) a consistent history of part-time work, a display of maturity and skills if faced with a challenge, and leadership qualities.
