Gather - Liturgies & Ministries

 
The Church recognizes that the Eucharist is the "source and summit" of our faith lives.
 

  • The Feehan community gathers to celebrate Mass nearly every month during the Academic Year, beginning with the Mercy Day Liturgy in September and ending with the Closing Liturgy in June, including all Holy Days of Obligation.

  • Students, faculty and staff participate as Servers, Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers and Music Leaders.  

  • Different community-wide prayer services are also offered for various occasions, such as the Lenten Reconciliation Service.

  • Weekly Communion Service is offered Thursday at 7:10am in the Chapel

  • PAWS (Praise, Adoration, Worship and Song) on Fridays at 7:15am in the Chapel

 
Our Campus Ministry Center, located in the Learning Commons in Mercy Hall is where we gather informally on a daily basis. Students can come to the Campus Ministry center before school, after school or during their study periods. The Center is a comfortable setting where students are not always discussing faith but CAN always share faith, ask questions and prayer as a community. The Center also offers programming throughout the school year such as:
 

  • Tea on Tuesdays with Sr. Martha

  • Lunchtime Peer Ministry led by senior CMSA leaders

  • Coloring and Quiet Time

  • Cocoa and Carols (Advent)

  • Lenten charitable drives
