Bishop Feehan senior William “Liam” Sheehan ’27, of Wrentham, has been named a semifinalist in the 2027 Coca-Cola Scholars Program. He is one of just 1,227 students selected from more than 113,000 applicants nationwide and one of only 17 semifinalists from Massachusetts.
The Coca-Cola Scholars Program recognizes high school seniors for their academic accomplishments, leadership, and commitment to service in their schools and communities.
“Liam is a perfect candidate for this award, and we are not surprised to see him honored in this way,” said Feehan Principal Mr. Sean Kane. “Leadership, service and involvement are hallmarks of our Feehan culture, and Liam embodies all three very, very well.”
The recognition adds to an impressive start to Liam’s senior year. Earlier this fall, he was also named a National Merit Commended Student.
As a semifinalist, Liam advances in the selection process for one of 150 college scholarships worth $20,000 each.
Congratulations, Liam!
