Below are the opportunity descriptions that are available in the One Feehan Volunteers Portal.

A CORI is also required for all One Feehan Volunteers before your first service date. You cannot volunteer until your CORI is complete. For information on how to complete the CORI process, please see our CORI requirements page.

We consider all members of the Feehan family part of our Admissions team because our best marketing comes from our current families. We welcome you to share your strengths and availability with us.
Assist with administrative duties including mailing prep and data entry for the Feehan Advancement office, located on the third floor of Mercy Hall. Schedule is flexible if you can only commit occasionally or on a regular basis.
The Bishop Feehan Varsity Club’s mission is to create a volunteer community of support that enriches the athletic experience of all Feehan student-athletes, coaches and families.

Assist our Senior Director of Communications with website editing, social media writing and social media management using Google Suite products.
Feehan hosts several events during the year. Volunteers are needed to help prepare, set up and work at selected events. Great opportunity for those looking to help in the evenings or weekends.
 
Help faculty supervise students during off-campus, academic-related trips during a school day.
Helping with concessions, selling tickets, theatre production assistance, chaperoning trips/competitions. 
Duties include event day set up, guiding attendees to seats, and clean-up at the end of the event. This year's event will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2024.

The internal operations committee will assist with administrative duties such as data entry and mailings for raffle tickets and invitations.

 

The Setting Our Hearts Gala is one of our largest volunteer opportunities of the year!  It’s a celebration of Bishop Feehan where we showcase our school’s people, mission, and vision for the future. It is an opportunity to catch up with friends and connect with new ones as part of our annual fundraiser.

 

This year’s event will be held at the Rhode Island Convention Center on Saturday, March 22, 2024 and will include a cocktail reception, dinner, dancing, a live auction and other Feehan surprises.

The sponsorship committee will follow up with potential gala sponsors and help identify new sponsorship opportunities.

The auction committee will identify and solicit items for the silent auction.

Join us for a can't miss, on-campus celebration of Feehan spirit and tradition on Friday & Saturday, October 18 and 19, 2024! We'll have food, music, games, varsity sporting events and much more! Volunteers are needed to help with the event set up, running activities, general help and clean up. Volunteers will also be needed to help plan the event.
Interested in volunteering in any other capacity, not listed, on an as needed basis.
Help setup and support the shop for various Feehan events throughout the year (athletics, open house, etc).
Duties include event day set up, guiding attendees to seats, and clean-up at the end of the event. This year's event will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
Supporting Bishop Feehan teachers by volunteering 1-2 hrs helping organize, set up and serve. Three teacher appreciation breakfasts will be hosted. Teacher appreciation dates TBD.

Interact with the students by assisting with the check-in/check-out process, loaning items and greeting visitors. Assist with phones, office work and special projects. Volunteer shifts can be weekly or bi-weekly from 7:30-9:45am or as fits your schedule.
