For RENEWAL Applicants:
As a returning volunteer, you are already registered with One Feehan Volunteers and completed the Safe Environment Training which is good for six years for all Fall River Diocese entities.
You now need to complete the annual CORI Acknowledgement Form.
1. Complete Renewal Training on the
CMG Connect website (Black and Red tiles) located in CMG under MY TRAININGS.
The Training will not be seen until 60 days prior to your Certification Expiration date. Any trainings already taken will be noted as completed and those needed to be completed with say "Start"
Please do not create a new account in CMG if you can not gain access to your account. Should you not be able to access your account you can try a reset password and if that doesn't work then you can use the Support button. If you need further assistance you may contact the Office of Safe Environment.
2. Complete the
CORI Acknowledgement Form: The CORI background check is only good for three years and must be renewed every three years.
b. Take a photocopy or picture of the front and back of your current driver's license. (Picture must be clear and readable - Please if making a photocopy do it in color as it is true and easier to read)
c. Email a copy of the completed CORI form and copy of your license to
[email protected].d. If you prefer, you may mail the forms to the Advancement Office at Bishop Feehan.
3*. ATTENTION RHODE ISLAND RESIDENTS:
All Rhode Island residents need to submit a disclaimer, allowing us permission to request an out-of-state background check. This form will be notarized by Lauren Cayer, Business Manager.
c. Alternatively, you may mail it to the Advancement Office.
d. Please do not take a picture of these documents with a mobile device for submission.
* If you have lived outside of Massachusetts during your ten years of residency submitted, you will need to do one of the following:
- If you have moved from RI to MA less than 10 years ago, you must still complete the RI disclaimer.
- If you have moved from any other state to MA less than 10 years ago, you must complete the National Background Check module on the CMG Connect website.

Once your CORI has been approved by the Office of Safe Environment, your CORI status will be marked as "yes" in our One Feehan Volunteers software system, and you will be qualified to volunteer.
