Welcome New Students!

Incoming 9th Graders

Congratulations on your student’s acceptance to Bishop Feehan High School! As you know, we are a rigorous college preparatory school. One way we maintain our rigor is by starting the scheduling process early. Doing so ensures that our students receive the courses that they need to succeed and want to explore.

All Grade 9 students are registered in required courses as a result of a lengthy process during which the Bishop Feehan Academic Board assesses the students’ prior academic performance and record, as well as their performance on the entrance and placement examinations.

In order to complete their schedule, students must choose a primary World Language course in French or Spanish, as well as an elective course in the Arts, World Languages, Computer Science, or Study Skills. If you have not yet made your elective choices, please email Mrs. Kimberly Fowler at

All of the freshman world language and elective courses offered at Bishop Feehan are listed here.
